Shipping policy

After successfully placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Once your order has shipped you will receive a second email with a confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number that can be used to track your package all the way to your door.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS -  Delivery is by USPS Ground delivery time is between 1-5 business days. Shipments over $200 will require signature upon delivery. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS - Standard Delivery is through DHL International and includes tracking. Delivery time is 5-7 business days. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day. All international shipments will require signature upon delivery. 

 

ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
